5 Night Time Beauty Products Every Girl Should Be Using Before Bed

We often forget that certain things that we do in the night, will later reflect and showcase interesting results in the morning.

This is exactly why we should always be one step ahead especially when it comes to beauty and self care. 

In this blog post, I’ll be sharing with you 5 effective beauty products that you can utilise at night, in order to have the best outcome in the morning. So, let’s dive in :)



#1 A Moisturising Wash

Using a moisturising wash before bed makes sure that your skin is thoroughly cleansed and that all the dirt that has been sitting on your face for the whole day is removed.

A moisturising wash also makes sure to smooth and freshen up the face so that you look much more alive and appear much younger.

I personally use the ‘Simple Refreshing Facial Wash’ as this is a product that is kind and friendly to the skin due to the fact that it doesn’t have any harsh chemicals that could upset your skin.

Look out to see whether the product contains:

  • Soap

  • Alcohol

  • Mineral oils

  • Perfume

  • And also whether it is cruelty free.


See whether you’ll be affected by these criteria or even the ingredients within the product itself. 


#2 Micellar Cleansing Water / Hydrating Mists

Both of these products are great in soothing the skin and revealing the skin’s natural radiance.

Cleansers are typically great in gently removing all your makeup and dirt as well as refreshing the skin, leaving the skin with a natural finish with no greasy residue as stated. 

Hydrating mists are also for refreshing the skin and also for nourishing it. 

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend using a hydrating mist if your skin is naturally oily as their primary role are to hydrate dryer skin.


#3 A Face Mask

Using a face mask before you go to bed and even early in the morning could be a very good way of awakening and giving some life to your skin.

A face mask can sometimes do well in making your skin appear much more supple and quite soft.

It prepares you well for that long deep sleep that you’re literally 2 minutes away from getting into.



#4 A Night Cream And Lotion

A night cream does extremely well in preparing and regenerating your skin for the morning. 

Again, this product will make you feel alive and optimised as soon as the sun begins to rise.

Using a body lotion every night before going to bed is just the greatest way to refurbish your skin especially if you’ve just taken a shower or bath. 

#5 Lip Scrub And Coconut Oil

At night, it is so important to discard all the dead, dry, peeling skin on the lips so that you’re at your optimum best in the morning. 

By using a lip scrub, you’re able to do just that as well as  improve the appearance of your lips.

Applying coconut oil to your lashes and brows is almost like a  natural brow gel and mascara that will not only lengthen the hairs but also make them much more healthier and thicker in the long run.
