7 Interesting Things To Do At 5am In The Morning (Morning Breakers)
Sometimes, I just honestly feel as if there isn’t enough time in the day to do all the things that I want to get done.
But whenever I feel like there is time, I never actually know what to do with it. For example, I’ve now decided to start my days at 5am in the mornings but I have no idea what to do within this time.
I don’t want to do too much as it's too early in the morning to be super productive so instead I recently decided to start doing some morning breakers, just to wake myself up and prevent me from snoozing away.
So, in this blog post, I’ve decided to gather a list of 7 interesting things you can do in the morning at 5am. Let’s dive in :)

#1 Listen To A Podcast And Wait For Sunrise
Personally, waking up at five in the morning takes a lot of energy, strength and extreme determination. It has now gotten to the point to where, even when I’m sleeping, I will occasionally check the time just to make sure that 5am wasn’t close by.
I really feel that by listening to a very upbeat or even a calm podcast programme is quite a subtle and soothing way to bring back a bit of life to your body in the mornings.
Listening to a podcast whilst waiting for the sun to rise creates this ambience of happiness and gratitude as it’s just an amazing way to start the day.
#2 Write Down Everything You Can Remember About Your Dream
I have never done this before but it sounds so interesting.
I really like the thought of guessing if my dreams could have any correlation to anything that had happened or will happen during my day especially since some of my dreams are just strange and frankly, plain out stupid.
But anyhoo, it's still so fun to recollect all of this weird imagery that likes to occur in our heads.
#3 Watch A Nature Documentary
I’m telling ya, David Attenborough is the guy for this.
Watching something this early in the morning is not always recommended, but I still feel like watching a nature documentary this time in the morning, can really shake and wake you up.
Not to mention the fact that you will start to feel so captivated and engrossed in this whole new world of natural beauty, you’ll subconsciously want to get up out of bed and start the day on a positive note.
#4 Water
If you're one of those people who are not particularly interested in the interesting ways they can get up at 5am, then this is honestly the next best thing.
Water is versatile and you can use it to get your body up and running through various ways.
From taking a long hot shower to just gulping down an entire bottle of spring water, I’m sure they will have some sort of effect in forcing your eyes open.
#5 Try Lucid Dreaming
Again, this is something that I also haven’t done but I have tried it and I flopttt.
The whole concept of lucid dreaming is still quite strange to me but I would love to experience it at least once.

#6 Plan For The Rest Of The Day
Perhaps out of all the things I have listed on this list, this one seems achievable and quite down to earth.
By simply planning your day or even the entire week, is something you can easily do at 5am in the morning.
I seriously recommend that you try doing this as you’ll have all your tasks and work organised and already put together.
